This is currently a part-time position for Mondays and Wednesdays , with the potential to transition into a full-time role as our practice continues to grow . We are an established, privately owned dental practice with a strong focus on comprehensive, integrative dentistry. We believe dentistry should be about more than treating teeth. Our goal is to understand the bigger picture, educate our patients, identify root causes, and help people improve both their oral and overall health. We are looking for a hygienist who: Creates genuine connections with patients and makes them feel heard and cared for Is confident educating patients about their oral health and treatment needs Understands the importance of periodontal health and comprehensive diagnosis Is curious and excited to learn about the connection between oral and systemic health Enjoys being part of a collaborative team rather than simply working out of their own column Takes ownership of their responsibilities and follows through Is coachable and interested in continued professional growth Brings positive energy to the workplace Values high standards and attention to detail Wants to be part of a practice that is growing and evolving Experience with airway and sleep dentistry, salivary testing, oral-systemic health, or integrative dentistry is a plus, but not required . We are happy to teach someone who is eager to learn. We aren't looking for someone who simply wants to clock in, clean teeth, and go home. We want someone who takes pride in their profession and wants to contribute to something bigger. Our clinical philosophy combines excellent general and restorative dentistry with a growing emphasis on comprehensive and integrative care, including: Periodontal and preventive care Oral-systemic health Airway and sleep dentistry Maxillary development and expansion Salivary testing Implant dentistry Cosmetic dentistry Clear aligner orthodontics Our hygienists play an important role in identifying disease, educating patients, building trust, and helping patients understand opportunities to improve their health.

8:00 AM - 4:00
PM Wednesday:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM This position is initially two days per week. There is an opportunity for this role to grow into a full-time position for the right person as the practice grows. Qualifications Current North Carolina Dental Hygiene license Current CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong periodontal assessment and clinical skills Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and the administrative team Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience Compensation Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, clinical skill, and overall fit.
