Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Sign-On Bonus Up to $20,000!
Location:
Wendell, NC Wendell Family Dentistry is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist — and we're offering a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000! Are you a talented and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist looking for an opportunity where you can grow, feel supported, and make a meaningful impact on your patients? Wendell Family Dentistry is seeking a dedicated RDH to join our experienced, patient-focused team. We understand the demands of dental hygiene and are committed to providing our hygienists with the technology, training, and support they need to deliver exceptional patient care while creating a more efficient and comfortable clinical experience.
What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care, including scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and periodontal maintenance Utilize Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) to provide efficient, comfortable, and minimally invasive preventive care Take digital radiographs and assess patients' periodontal health Perform periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and effective home care Collaborate with the doctor during clinical examinations and accurately document findings Administer nitrous oxide when certified and apply sealants and topical agents as appropriate Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment rooms and instruments Accurately document treatment and support ongoing patient care and recall
What You'll Need:
Active North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist license Valid radiology/X-ray certification Current CPR certification Strong communication and patient-care skills A positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude A passion for creating comfortable, positive dental experiences for patients GBT certification or experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to provide training!

Full-Time:
