Registered Dental Hygienist - Omaha, NE Established private dental practice in Omaha is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, patient-focused professional who is passionate about providing exceptional preventive dental care and education. Position Details Full-Time or Part-Time available Flexible schedule (approximately 3 days per week for part-time) Competitive compensation: $45-$55 per hour Performance-based incentive compensation available Earned PTO Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis) Remove plaque, tartar, and stains Conduct periodontal assessments Measure and document periodontal pocket depths Take and review dental radiographs Apply fluoride treatments and sealants Screen for oral diseases and abnormalities Document findings and communicate with the dentist regarding patient care Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and nutrition Discuss periodontal treatment recommendations Promote preventive care and regular dental visits Requirements Active Dental Hygienist license in Nebraska Strong communication and patient education skills Commitment to providing excellent patient care Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Technology & Services Our practice utilizes modern dental technology including digital radiography, implant dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures, intraoral scanning, and comprehensive treatment planning.
