Job Description

We are a well-established, privately owned Father-Daughter General Dentistry practice in Dover, NH, and we are looking for an enthusiastic hygienist to join our team. We are looking for someone interested in a full-time position, but we would consider a part-time position for the right person. We are not a corporate dental office—and we like it that way. Our focus is not on production numbers or seeing as many patients as possible. Our driving motivation is quality care and improving the overall health of our patients. We genuinely enjoy getting to know our patients—their families, their lives, and what matters to them. We believe the dental experience should feel personal and welcoming, not sterile or transactional. We want our patients to leave feeling heard, respected, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Our team works closely together and support one another and our patients. We are looking for a hygienist who is:
  • Friendly, warm, and outgoing
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Engaging and comfortable identifying and discussing treatment with patients
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to multitask and work well in a busy environment
  • A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed
  • Passionate about oral health and its connection to overall health and wellness

  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the oral and overall health of our patients If you are looking for a practice where you can build meaningful relationships with your patients, work alongside people who care about one another, and practice dentistry with quality—not production—as the priority, we'd love to hear from you.
