What We Offer One-doctor, two-hygienist private practice Fully digital office with modern, updated equipment 1-hour hygiene appointments for returning patients Comprehensive, patient-centered approach to dental care Supportive, collaborative, family-oriented team environment Paid vacation time Paid holidays Earned PTO Employee dental discount program Retirement plan with employer matching Opportunity to develop lasting relationships with patients A practice that values quality of care over rushing through appointments Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing Provide fluoride treatments and other preventive services as appropriate Assess and monitor patients' oral health and periodontal condition Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care Communicate treatment findings and recommendations clearly with patients Work closely with the doctor and dental team to coordinate comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Create a positive, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every patient Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for an RDH who: Is licensed and in good standing Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enjoys developing genuine relationships with patients Takes pride in providing thorough, high-quality clinical care Works well independently while also being a strong team collaborator Is dependable, professional, and positive Is comfortable working in a modern, technology-focused dental office Wants to be part of a family-oriented, supportive, and collaborative practice Is interested in building a long-term career with a private practice Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate on our systems. Pay:
