At our practice, hygienists are not expected to manage every part of the visit alone. You will work alongside a dedicated hygiene assistant who helps with X-rays, prepares and resets the operatory, and keeps the room organized and ready throughout the day. This support is designed to remove non-hygiene tasks from your plate, protect your clinical focus, and give you more time to educate patients, understand their needs, and provide thoughtful care.
