Registered Dental Hygienist — Full-Time / 3-4 Days per Week Advanced Dentistry of Wall | Wall Township, NJ Advanced Dentistry of Wall, the private practice of Dr. Wes Blakeslee, is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our small, established general dentistry practice. We are looking for someone who combines excellent clinical hygiene skills with strong patient communication and is comfortable working in a modern, technology-focused dental environment. Our ideal hygienist is personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in continuing to learn and incorporate new technology into patient care. What We're Looking For Current New Jersey Registered Dental Hygienist license General dentistry/private-practice experience Dentrix and DEXIS experience iTero scanning experience preferred Familiarity with Invisalign, including scanning and communicating the value of treatment to appropriate patients Strong periodontal assessment, charting, clinical documentation, radiography, preventive care, and patient-education skills Comfort identifying and communicating clinical findings and areas of concern to the dentist Interest in utilizing innovative preventive and pro-health technologies (Oral DNA testing) Ability to maintain accurate, thorough clinical notes and work within established office protocols Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, people-oriented approach to patient care Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and adapt as clinical systems and technology evolve Ability to work collaboratively in a small-team environment Schedule This position is approximately 3-4 days per week . Our regular office hours are 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
