The role As Lead Hygienist, you will provide top-tier clinical care and guide the hygiene department.

You will:

Deliver comprehensive periodontal therapy, assessments, and preventive care Set the standard for clinical protocols, patient education, and case presentation Mentor and support fellow hygienists and assistants Partner with the doctor and front office on treatment planning and scheduling Help build a hygiene program that grows patient retention and long-term oral health What we're looking for Active RDH license in New Jersey 7+ years of clinical experience, with prior lead or mentoring experience preferred Strong periodontal skills and a preventive, evidence-based mindset Excellent communication and the ability to build patient trust quickly A positive, collaborative attitude and pride in your craft What we offer Competitive compensation: $60-$70/hr and/or a percentage of production Leadership stipend or bonus structure [Health, dental, and retirement benefits] Paid time off and continuing education allowance Modern technology and well-equipped operatories A respectful, supportive culture with room to grow Ready to lead?
