About Us We're a family-owned and operated dental office in South Brunswick looking for a personable, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are not owned by any corporation — you'll be part of a close-knit practice that genuinely values its staff and its patients. We pride ourselves on having the best staff and environment around: a clean, comfortable office, state-of-the-art technology, and enough time built into the schedule for you to actually connect with your patients and do your best work. Building real relationships with patients is a core part of who we are. Open to both new grads and experienced hygienists. We offer schedule flexibility and would love to discuss what works for you. Requirements Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing Ability to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide, or willingness to obtain certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Schedule Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM No weekends Benefits 401(k) with matching Dental insurance Health insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Bonuses License/Certification Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Anesthesia/Nitrous Oxide Certification (Preferred — willingness to obtain accepted)
