Qualifications Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. Familiarity with pediatrics is a plus, as you may work with young patients. Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of general dentistry practices. Strong skills in patient assessment and care, ensuring a positive experience for all patients. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
