We are a small, modern, fee-for-service dental practice in Williamsville seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team Monday through Wednesday, with the option to add Thursdays if desired. Our office is intentionally patient-centered rather than high-volume. We value thorough care, patient education, prevention, and long-term relationships with our patients. Our hygienists work independently and are trusted to use their clinical judgment rather than being driven by production quotas or a corporate hygiene model. To allow time for thorough care and meaningful patient education, we schedule 60-minute hygiene appointments and 90-minute new-patient appointments. Modern Hygiene with

® and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) , giving our hygienists access to a modern, comfortable approach to biofilm management and preventive and periodontal care. No previous AIRFLOW or GBT experience is necessary — we are happy to provide training. Schedule Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Optional Thursday for someone interested in a fourth day No weekends Consistent part-time schedule 60-minute hygiene appointments 90-minute new-patient appointments Compensation $41

About Our Practice We are a small, privately owned, fee-for-service/out-of-network dental practice focused on comprehensive, individualized care. Being outside of the traditional insurance-driven model allows us to focus on what we believe is appropriate for each patient rather than allowing insurance coverage to dictate treatment. Our practice emphasizes prevention, periodontal health, restorative dentistry, esthetics, and comprehensive treatment planning. We invest in modern technology and continuing education and want our hygiene department to be an important part of the patient's overall care — not simply a cleaning appointment. Who We're Looking For We would love to meet a hygienist who: Is a New York State licensed Registered Dental Hygienist Enjoys getting to know patients and building long-term relationships Is thorough, dependable, and attentive to detail Is comfortable working independently Values patient education and preventive care Is interested in learning and using modern dental technology Wants to work in a smaller, collaborative private-practice environment Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus but not required — we will train you.
