Duties Perform dental scaling and prophylaxis to maintain optimal oral health for patients. Take digital dental x-rays accurately, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures, oral health care tips, and answering questions to promote understanding and compliance. Educate patients on proper dental care practices, including brushing, flossing, and other preventive measures. Assist the dentist during various dental procedures as needed. Maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment in accordance with safety protocols. Keep detailed records of patient treatments and interactions in compliance with privacy regulations. Requirements Proven experience working in a dental clinic setting. Certification or licensing as a Dental Hygienist according to local regulations. Proficiency in performing dental x-rays. Excellent communication skills with a caring and friendly demeanor. Ability to educate patients effectively about their oral health. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
