Mon - Fri (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) About the Role We're looking for a caring, skilled, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. If you're passionate about preventive care, building meaningful relationships with patients, and creating a comfortable dental experience, we'd love to meet you! Our ideal candidate is confident clinically, friendly and compassionate with patients, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. What You'll Do Provide thorough dental cleanings, periodontal care, and preventive treatments. Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and document findings. Take and review dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations. Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, periodontal health, and overall oral hygiene. Apply fluoride, sealants, and other preventive treatments when appropriate. Monitor patients' oral health and identify areas requiring further dental evaluation. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records. Create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient. Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care. Follow all OSHA, infection-control, and practice safety standards. What We're Looking For Current Dental Hygienist license in OH. Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong clinical and communication skills. A compassionate, positive, and patient-centered approach. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently while being an enthusiastic team player. Previous dental hygiene experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply. Why Join Us?
