We're a privately owned, family-operated dental practice in Kettering looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our amazing team. We believe in treating our team with respect, supporting one another, and providing exceptional care in a relaxed, friendly environment. If you're dependable, positive, and take pride in your work, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Contribute Provide thorough, patient-centered hygiene care and comprehensive oral health assessments Expose and interpret dental radiographs and identify areas of concern for the dentist's evaluation Perform preventive and periodontal therapy

• scaling and root planing or full mouth debridement and if they are healthy a prophylaxis Educate and empower patients to understand their oral health and make confident decisions about their care Identify periodontal conditions, restorative concerns, and other oral health needs Collaborate and co-partner with our dentist in treatment planning, helping identify each patient's oral health needs and opportunities for improved wellness Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients through compassionate communication and exceptional care Support a strong periodontal program focused on prevention, early intervention, and long-term oral health Work closely with the entire dental team to create a seamless and positive patient experience Continually grow your clinical skills and knowledge through professional development and continuing education Bring ideas, initiative, and a team-minded approach to helping our practice continually improve

Hours:

Monday 9-5 Tuesday 7:30

• 3:30 Wednesday 7:30-4:30 Thursday 7:30
