Are you a licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) looking for a full-time opportunity with a vibrant, well-established local practice — one where you actually get your weekends back? If so, you'll want to take a close look at this role with Kings Dental. We're hiring a caring and passionate Dental Hygienist to join us 4 days a week — no weekends, ever. Our two lead doctors are hands-on and easy to collaborate with — they trust your clinical judgment, back you up, and genuinely invest in supporting you as a clinician, not just a chairside role. We invest in our equipment and our people, including: Modern digital technology and AI tools (e.g., Overjet AI-supported diagnostics and AI-assisted insurance verification) Comprehensive general and emergency dentistry under one roof A collaborative, team-based culture where your voice matters Unhurried patient care — so you're never rushed through a cleaning Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay of $50.00-$55.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications) $10,000 sign-on bonus — paid after 60 days of employment Full-time schedule: M-Th or T-F, 8:00 am-5:00 pm — 4 days a week, no weekends Employee discount Fun team events and outings A clear path for growth as you build tenure and expertise with us What You'll Do Work with the broader clinical and front office team to keep the day running smoothly Greet patients, ease anxiety, and provide at-home oral hygiene education Perform high-quality prophylaxis and periodontal therapy in unhurried appointments Monitor gum and tooth health, reporting concerns to the dentist Take X-rays as needed and document findings accurately Encourage patients to follow their treatment plans and schedule their next visits before leaving Requirements Ability to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Current Ohio RDH license Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification at the healthcare provider level Our Ideal Hygienist Kind, caring, and empathetic Strong communication and patient education skills Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player Passionate about dentistry and helping patients improve their oral health If this sounds like the right fit for you, apply today — we'd love to meet you.
