Solon Smiles is a friendly, patient-focused general dental practice seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. We are currently hiring for a full-time or part-time position and are happy to offer a flexible schedule that works with both the needs of our practice and your availability. Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a new graduate eager to begin your career, we'd love to meet you! Appointment Times Adult Patients:

60 minutes

Pediatric Patients:

40 minutes Responsibilities Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing Take digital radiographs (X-rays) Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and hygiene techniques Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Work closely with the doctor and team to provide exceptional patient care Ensure patient comfort and a positive dental experience Qualifications Active Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent patient care Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Apply Today!
