Overview We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our small team in South Eugene. This job is for 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene, and delivering high-quality care. With this opportunity, you will have the unique ability to choose the days you would like to work Monday-Thursday, as well as pick the scheduled hours that work best for you (office hours are 8am-5pm). We currently have two Dental Hygientists, with one retiring this fall (hence this ad). We are a smaller dental office with a dental assistant to help support our hygienists with room turnover, perio charting, and sterilization. We are offering full-time benefits for this position, as well as production bonuses. Hourly pay:

$57-$63/hour (depending on experience) Responsibilities Conduct thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages. Perform patient assessments to identify oral health issues and develop appropriate care plans. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Review documentation related to patient care, maintaining accurate records within the dental office systems. Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to provide comprehensive dental services. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with clinic protocols. Skills Strong patient care skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for all patients. Knowledge of documentation review processes to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
