Our goal is to provide care that is second to none in a friendly, laid back atmosphere. We believe in work-life balance, and have built our office hours around that philosophy. This position is part-time, Tuesday & Thursday 6:30am-3:30pm (patient hours 7:00am-3:00pm). Responsibilities Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and SRP's Take dental x-rays and other diagnostic imaging Assess patients' oral health conditions and provide appropriate treatment recommendations Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Qualifications Valid Oregon Dental Hygiene license Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program 3+ years experience, preferably in private practice Strong understanding of infection prevention management, aseptic techniques, and healthcare safety protocols Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively across diverse age groups Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Commitment to HIPAA compliance management and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times

Pay:

Up to $72.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 per week
