As a Dental Hygienist, you'll have the opportunity to: Focus on delivering high-quality preventive and periodontal care Build long-term relationships with your patients Educate patients and help them take an active role in their oral and overall health Collaborate closely with dentists and other members of the clinical team Work with the support and resources of an established dental organization Continue developing your clinical skills through continuing education We believe in personal accountability, strong relationships, clinical excellence, and continuously finding better ways to support our patients and teams. As a Dental Hygienist, you'll be an essential part of each patient's care team. You'll provide preventive and periodontal services while helping patients understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness.
You'll:
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene and periodontal services within your scope of practice Assess patients' oral health and identify periodontal conditions Partner with dentists to develop and support appropriate patient treatment plans Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, periodontal health, and recommended care Build trust through compassionate, personalized patient interactions Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow infection control, safety, and clinical protocols Collaborate with the entire dental team to create an exceptional patient experience Full-Time, Monday-Thursday Gentle Dental Sheridan 411 W.
