Non-Exempt $6,000 Sign-On Bonus Part-Time Hygienist Pay starts at $46/hour Full-Time Hygienist Pay starts at $48/hour Position Summary As a Dental Hygienist, you are responsible for delivering high-quality preventative and therapeutic dental care while promoting overall oral health. You will partner closely with dentists and the broader clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience through education, treatment support, and compassionate care. Our practice is equipped with advanced technology, including intraoral cameras, cavitrons, a scanner, and digital Dexis x-ray sensors. We utilize Carestack, a modern, cloud-based practice management platform, along with Hu-Friedy EverEdge instruments to support efficient, high-quality care. Ongoing training and professional development are a core part of our commitment to our team. Key Responsibilities Deliver preventive dental care, including cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments Take and interpret dental x-rays Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and treatment plans Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and overall oral health Effectively educates and motivates patients on periodontal health and performs therapies, including SRP and ongoing periodontal maintenance Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of instruments and equipment Qualifications Associate degree in Dental Hygiene required New Graduates of a Dental Hygiene Program welcome Active Dental Hygienist license (state-specific) Current CPR certification Strong communication and patient engagement skills Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy standards Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and work chairside for extended periods. Manual dexterity to operate dental instruments and equipment.
