Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Peak Family Dentistry | Chattanooga, TN Full-Time | $38-46/hour, based on experience Peak Family Dentistry is looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a growing, doctor-led private dental practice focused on providing excellent dentistry while creating an environment where our team enjoys coming to work. We're looking for a hygienist who takes pride in patient care, enjoys building long-term relationships with patients, and wants to be an important part of the clinical team. Responsibilities include:
Comprehensive preventive hygiene care Periodontal assessment and periodontal therapy Digital radiographs and clinical documentation Reviewing medical and dental histories Patient education and home-care recommendations Identifying clinical findings and communicating them clearly to patients and doctors Working closely with the doctor during exams and treatment planning Maintaining excellent infection-control and clinical standards Helping create an exceptional experience for every patient
Who We're Looking For Required:
Current Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist license Excellent communication and patient-care skills Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Dependable, professional and team-oriented
Preferred:
At least one year of clinical hygiene experience Experience with digital charting and radiography Experience with intraoral scanning Newer hygienists with strong clinical skills, a great attitude and a desire to grow are also encouraged to apply.
