Registered Dental Hygienist Katherine Hall | Tennessee Full-Time | Monday-Friday | $42-$47/hour Katherine Hall is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We pride ourselves on our strong team culture, positive atmosphere, and commitment to building long-lasting relationships with our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values quality over rushed, high-volume care and wants to work in a supportive, relationship-focused environment. Schedule Full-time, Monday through
Friday Thursday:
8:00 AM-3:00 PM Hygienists should report 15 minutes prior to the start of the morning huddle 4 workdays per week indicated on the posting form What You'll Do Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care in a patient-centered environment Perform routine prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and other preventive hygiene services Assess patients' oral health and communicate findings with the dentist Take and review dental radiographs as appropriate Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and recommended treatment Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Follow infection-control and clinical safety protocols Work collaboratively with the dentist and dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience What We're Looking For Current Tennessee Dental Hygienist license Experience level is open Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Excellent attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude Compensation & Benefits $42.00-$47.00 per hour Paid vacation Health insurance 401(k) with matching Bonus potential Supportive, positive team culture Ample appointment time to provide excellent, unrushed treatment Join Our Team If you're passionate about patient care and want to be part of a practice that values teamwork, positivity, clinical excellence, and long-term patient relationships, we'd love to meet you!
