Continuing education (CE) sponsorship and regular mentorship opportunities Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care Conduct thorough oral screenings, review medical histories, and take high-quality digital radiographs Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and customized home-care regimens Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in compliance with practice standards Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a stellar patient experience Qualifications & Skills Active and valid Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or processing in progress) Laser certification and Nitrous Oxide monitoring credentials preferred (but not required) Knowledge of Eaglesoft software preferred (but not required) Bilingual in Spanish preferred (but not required) Strong clinical competencies with an emphasis on patient comfort, empathy, and education A positive, collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills To Apply Ready to elevate your dental hygiene career in an environment you truly love?
