ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Dental Hygienist, you'll be the patient's advocate for optimal oral health, partnering with our general dentist to build comprehensive, personalized treatment plans. We're looking for someone who leads with professionalism, genuine care, and a top-notch patient experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Educate patients on oral health conditions, restorative needs, and personalized hygiene routines Perform extraoral and intraoral exams, including oral cancer screenings Chart and diagnose dental and periodontal conditions Remove biofilm, toxins, and hard deposits Apply fluoride varnish and sealants Guide patients on nutrition as it relates to oral health

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Graduate of an Accredited Dental Hygiene Program (Associate's degree minimum, Bachelor's preferred) Active Texas RDH license Current CPR certification (AHA BLS with AED preferred) At least one year of hygiene experience preferred Dentrix Ascend experience a plus A genuine commitment to excellent patient care
