We are looking for a dependable, adaptable hygienist to join our busy, high-volume dental office. We can be flexible with scheduling and are open to full-time, part-time, and temporary candidates. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys staying busy, connecting with patients, and working with a team that values efficiency, communication, and excellent patient care. What You'll Do Review the daily schedule, patient history, and X-rays to prepare for each appointment Provide preventive hygiene care and periodontal services Complete periodontal charting and assess periodontal needs Perform prophys, periodontal maintenance, and appropriate periodontal debridement Educate patients on oral hygiene and recommended home care Take digital X-rays as needed Complete iTero scans when appropriate Assist with the doctor's exam and communicate relevant findings Complete accurate clinical notes and treatment codes Maintain an organized hygiene operatory and follow sterilization and infection control procedures Keep up with patient flow and maintain an efficient schedule in a high-volume environment Provide a professional, comfortable, and positive experience for every patient What We're Looking For Active Texas Dental Hygienist license Strong clinical and periodontal skills Comfortable with periodontal charting, debridement, and periodontal maintenance Strong patient communication and education skills Able to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume office Adaptable and comfortable adjusting to different patients, schedules, and daily needs Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable using dental technology and electronic records Open Dental experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required Schedule Monday through Saturday office hours We can be flexible based on the right candidate's availability.
