What You Will Do Provide thorough dental hygiene services including cleanings, periodontal assessments, and full-mouth debridement Perform periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and patient health assessments Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral photos Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive strategies in a clear and friendly way Document patient records accurately in the practice management system Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to deliver a seamless patient experience Build long-term relationships with patients and create a comfortable, welcoming environment at every visit What We Are Looking For Active Texas Dental Hygienist license required Experience in a private practice setting preferred Strong clinical skills with a gentle, patient-first approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, professional, and a team player Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar software preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Full-time schedule Supportive, collaborative team environment Private practice setting where patients and staff are treated like family
