Trinity Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to grow with a small, supportive team. We are a privately owned, doctor-led practice in a newer facility that opened three years ago. With five current team members, every person makes a meaningful difference—to our patients, their families, and the atmosphere of our office. We're looking for someone who brings kindness, professionalism, and a willingness to lend a hand. Who We're Looking For Our ideal hygienist has a warm, caring personality and a special heart for children . You understand that a successful dental visit is about more than a cleaning: it's helping a nervous child feel safe, celebrating small victories, and building trust with families. You're also organized and comfortable keeping the day on schedule. You can explain oral health concerns clearly, educate parents without judgment, and answer questions thoughtfully while respecting everyone's time. Above all, you're a team player who takes pride in your own work and cares about how the entire office is doing. What You'll Do Provide compassionate pediatric hygiene care. Perform cleanings and preventive care, obtain appropriate dental radiographs, support the doctor during examinations, and maintain accurate patient records. Make visits positive and personal. Adapt your communication and approach to each child's age, comfort level, and individual needs. Educate parents and caregivers. Discuss oral hygiene, preventive habits, and oral health concerns in a clear, professional, and encouraging way. Support the whole team. Participate in instrument sterilization, room turnover, and keeping shared spaces ready for patient care. Occasionally, that may also mean helping with patient checkout or getting a child a toy at the end of a visit. What Working Here Looks Like Pediatric dentistry can move at a quicker pace than traditional adult hygiene. Many of our cleanings take approximately 15-20 minutes , so being organized, adaptable, and comfortable moving between patients is important. That pace must be balanced with each child's needs and thoughtful communication with parents—not rushed care. Because we're a small team, everyone pitches in. Sterilization is part of the job, and helping one another is an essential part of maintaining a positive, healthy office culture. We're looking for someone who values that same spirit of cooperation. Schedule Enjoy a four-day workweek with alternating Tuesdays and Fridays off. Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. , and Friday, 8:00 a.m.-noon .

Your schedule alternates weekly:

Tuesday-off week: Work Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., plus Friday from 8:00 a.m.-noon.

Friday-off week:

Work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with a three-day weekend. What We Offer Quarterly bonuses based on healthy practice growth. Paid time off after three months with the practice.
