Part-Time Dental Hygienist Precision Smiles | Frisco, TX Precision Smiles is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis! We are a patient-focused dental practice serving families in Frisco, Little Elm, and the surrounding communities . Led by Dr. Shai Patel, our office is committed to providing comfortable, personalized care while building genuine relationships with our patients. We are looking for a hygienist who takes pride in providing excellent clinical care and enjoys creating a positive experience for every patient. What You'll Do Provide thorough and gentle preventive hygiene care Perform dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and oral cancer screenings Take necessary dental X-rays Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and periodontal health Review treatment recommendations and communicate findings with the doctor Document accurate clinical notes and periodontal charting Build trusting relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable during their visits Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming operatory Follow all OSHA, infection control, and office protocols Work collaboratively with the doctor and dental team to provide exceptional patient care What We're Looking For Active Texas RDH license Current CPR certification Previous dental hygiene experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Gentle, personable, and patient-focused chairside manner Reliable and dependable Ability to work independently while being a strong team player Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their patients Why Join Precision Smiles?
