Three Consistent Days + Production Earning Potential Fusion Dental & Braces - Harker Heights is looking for a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist looking for a consistent three-day schedule while still having the opportunity to earn beyond their hourly rate through a production bonus . Whether you're an experienced hygienist looking to scale back your schedule or a newer hygienist ready to grow with an established dental team, we'd love to meet you. What We Offer $38-$40/hour , based on experience Production bonus opportunity Consistent Tuesday, Thursday & Friday schedule Part-time position Established dental practice Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow your clinical experience What You'll Do Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care Perform periodontal assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation Take diagnostic radiographs as appropriate Educate patients on oral health and preventive care Partner with doctors on patient education and treatment needs Maintain high standards of infection control and patient safety Build trusting relationships with patients Collaborate with the clinical team to provide an excellent patient experience What We're Looking For Active Texas Dental Hygienist license Strong clinical and patient-education skills Confident, professional communication Dependable and team-oriented Patient-focused approach to care Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the larger clinical team Newer hygienists are encouraged to apply.
