Job Description

Our established, patient-centered dental practice in West Houston is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time. We are looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate clinician who values quality care and long-term patient relationships. We are a private practice and intend to keep it that way. We are an out-of-network / fee for service practice and do not accept DHMO insurance. Dr. Wallace is a general, family, and cosmetic dentist who also provides orthodontics and implants. We are located in the bustling Energy Corridor / Memorial area. We treat patients like family and we don't rush appointments. We'd love to meet you and show you what makes us different!
Key Responsibilities:
Oral Health Instruction (OHI). Dental Prophylaxis (Prophy). Scaling and Root Planing (SCRP). Sealant placement. Fluoride treatments. Routine preventive hygiene procedures.
Qualifications:
Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license (required). Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome. Strong communication and patient education skills. Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused. CPR certification.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive compensation: Fairly based on experience. Paid time off (PTO). Continuing education (CE) support. Uniform/scrub allowance. Consistent, established patient flow. No late evenings and no weekend schedule (Mon-Thur 6:45-3:00).
