Job Description

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Are you a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist looking to make a meaningful impact in a patient-centered, privately owned biologic dental practice? We are seeking a motivated RDH to join our team. Our office focuses on biological dentistry, emphasizing whole-body health, minimally invasive care, and personalized treatment. We value strong patient relationships, education, and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care Educate patients on oral-systemic health and home care, dietary habits, and preventive care strategies with the help of the phase contrast microscope. You will be taught phase contrast microscopy and how to collect plaque samples to show patients at cleaning appointments. It is beneficial for catering to our individualized recommendations for them and also a large motivation for them to improve at home which is very rewarding at their followup visits . Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and cleanings, saliva testing, iTero scanning for Perio protect trays or other services. Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records Collaborate with the doctor and team to deliver individualized treatment Assist dentists during examinations with precision and care when needed (exams are completed with the dental assistant most often so you can stay on time with your patients). Qualifications:

Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Excellent communication and patient education skills Gentle, compassionate chairside manner Team-oriented with a positive attitude Interest in biological dentistry is required (training available)

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No evenings or weekends Open to discussing hourly vs % of production pay options.
