What You'll Do Provide thorough, high-quality preventive dental care to pediatric patients Build trusting relationships with children and help them feel comfortable and confident at the dentist Educate patients and parents about oral health and preventive care Communicate effectively with parents regarding findings, concerns, and recommended care Work closely with the dentist and team to provide an exceptional patient experience Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Jump in and help wherever needed—even when something isn't technically "your job" Contribute to a positive, productive office environment Who We're Looking For We believe everyone on our team should contribute, communicate respectfully, and have each other's backs.
