Compensation & Benefits:
Up to $12,000 Sign-On Bonus ( Bonus amount is determined based on experience and schedule commitment. ) Competitive Pay Monthly Collections Bonus Incentives Relocation Bonus Health Insurance 401K with Company Match Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Preventive Treatment Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), periodontal scaling, and root planning Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting Take and process dental X-rays and digital scans Apply sealants, fluoride, and desensitizing agents Patient Education Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and long-term oral hygiene habits Provide nutritional and lifestyle guidance related to oral health Treatment Coordination & Documentation Review and update medical histories and patient records Collaborate with the dentist on treatment planning Document clinical findings accurately in patient management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) Infection Control & Equipment Care Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA guidelines Clean, sterilize, and prepare instruments and treatment rooms Qualifications Licensed Dental Hygienist in Texas Current CPR/BLS certification Proficiency in Patient Management Software Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
