We have a brand new, high tech all digital office. We are looking for an experienced, positive, mature hygienist to join our family here. We pride ourselves on being a home-town, community oriented practice, focused on relationships. We have a big happy team here with no drama and we are a team!
Requirements:
This is a leadership position!
  • SHOULD Have 5+ years of full time experience and a really great attitude.
Attitude and personality are equally if not MORE important than your ability to score a perfect psr, or accurately probe every tooth, or get 98.5% of all sub-G calc. :) Our team is a tight knit group of friends who work hard each day to get along, keep a positive and drama-free work environment and help each other out. Applicants without 2 years of experience or the ability to work the needed schedule may still be considered at a slightly lower rate of pay. Actual Rate of pay depends on experience, attitude and overall awesomeness. FT employees have access to dental and wellness benefits, med spa, massage, paid holidays etc
  • Should live within 30 minutes of Bluffdale.
  • Must work well with others, be able to cooperate and get along with other friendly people.
  • Posess personal awesomeness. Incredible attitude, cooperation and optimism.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities and provide support to the dental office and the spa, and the employees that will look up to you.
  • Provide the highest level of client care.
