ResponsibilitiesAs a Dental Hygienist, you will provide exceptional patient care while partnering with practice leadership and the clinical team to:
Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care.
Educate patients on oral health, recommended treatment, and long-term wellness.
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
Support consistent hygiene workflows, protocols, and scheduling standards.
Promote strong communication and collaboration between hygiene, doctors, and the administrative/business team.
Help strengthen patient retention, reappointment, and preventive-care compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and support practice operations.
Contribute to a strong, scalable, successful, and rewarding hygiene department.
Support team growth and help build effective hygiene systems and processes.
