Dental Treatment Planner Experienced dental professionals only. This is NOT an entry-level position. Momentum Dental Care is looking for a high-energy, competitive Treatment Coordinator who loves people, loves dentistry, and loves closing treatment. You are the right fit if you: Have 7+ years of dental experience strongly preferred , with substantial treatment coordination experience required Can confidently present large treatment plans Understand dental insurance, financing, collections, and scheduling Care enough to follow up — you don't let patients or treatment fall through the cracks Love talking to people and building relationships Are competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by results Know the difference between simply presenting treatment and actually getting treatment scheduled and collected Want to WIN, grow, and be rewarded for performance What You'll Own Treatment presented → financing discussed → treatment accepted → appointment scheduled → payment collected → follow-up completed.
