We are a well-established, fee-for-service periodontal practice with locations in Falls Church and Old Town Alexandria. We are looking for a hygienist who takes pride in providing exceptional clinical care while building strong, lasting relationships with patients. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: Hold an active Virginia Dental Hygienist license Provide gentle, thorough, patient-centered care Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be dependable, punctual, and organized Manage their schedule effectively while maintaining a high standard of care Be comfortable treating periodontal patients and working within a specialty environment Be self-motivated and able to work independently Work collaboratively with doctors, assistants, and the administrative team Be receptive to feedback, continuing education, and learning new technologies and techniques Why Join Our Practice?
