Dental Hygiene / Preventive Care Provider -RDH, Dentist, or Qualified Dental Assistant | Modern Dental Practice McLean Family Dentistry Are you a dental professional who loves patient care, prevention, and periodontal treatment? We are looking for an experienced, motivated dental professionals to join our modern, patient-centered dental practice and provide hygiene and preventive services within the scope permitted by their Virginia credentials. We are open to Registered Dental Hygienists, dentists, and qualified dental assistants who are legally permitted to perform the services associated with this position under Virginia law. At least 1 year of dental experience is required. What You'll Do Depending on your Virginia license, registration, training, and legal scope of practice, you may provide: Adult prophylaxis Supragingival scaling and coronal polishing Periodontal maintenance Periodontal charting and documentation Oral hygiene instruction and patient education Periodontal therapy Scaling and root planing (SRP), when legally authorized based on your Virginia credentials Comprehensive clinical documentation Collaboration with our dentists and clinical team All clinical services will be performed only within the provider's legally authorized scope of practice and applicable Virginia supervision requirements.
