Dental Hygiene Registered Dental Hygienist Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Conduct oral cancer screenings
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for oral care
• Administer local anesthesia
• Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate dental records
• Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in dental technology and techniques

Requirements:

• Active VA dental hygiene license
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
