We're a privately owned family and cosmetic dental practice in Richmond's Fan District looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our practice has been part of the Richmond community for more than 40 years, and many of our patients have been with us for years. We're looking for a hygienist who enjoys getting to know their patients and wants to work in an office where quality care is more important than rushing through the schedule. Schedule & Pay $55-$68 per hour, based on experience Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM No evenings or weekends 60-minute adult hygiene appointments Single-column hygiene No double booking What You'll Do Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care Perform periodontal assessments and charting Take digital radiographs Educate patients on oral health and home care Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control standards Work closely with the dentist and the rest of our team to provide excellent patient care Build relationships with an established patient base What We're Looking For Current Virginia Dental Hygienist license Friendly, dependable, and professional Strong clinical and communication skills Someone who takes pride in providing thorough, comfortable patient care Experience is welcome, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits Health insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Paid holidays Continuing education opportunities Employee discount Modern digital equipment and technology We have a friendly team, a great group of patients, and a schedule designed to give our hygienists the time they need to provide good care.
