We are a patient focused general dentistry practice committed to providing life changing care in a welcoming, supportive environment. We're looking for a hygienist who is passionate about periodontal health, patient education, and creating exceptional patient experience. What You'll Do Provide preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling & root planning Complete periodontal charting, assessments, digital X-rays, and oral cancer screenings Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, and home care Partner with the dentist to communicate findings and recommended treatment Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow OSHA, HIPAA, sterilization, and infection-control protocols Work collaboratively with the entire dental team to provide excellent patient experience What We're Looking For Current Virginia Dental Hygienist license Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical, communication, and patient-education skills Dependable, organized, compassionate, and team-oriented Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Experienced hygienists and new graduates are encouraged to apply! Pay:
