Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Dental Hygienist, where your expertise will play a vital role in promoting optimal oral health and delivering exceptional patient care. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will perform comprehensive dental cleanings, educate patients on oral hygiene practices, and assist the dental team in creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental prophylaxis (cleanings) to remove plaque, tartar, and stains, ensuring patients leave with healthier smiles Conduct oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and soft tissue examinations Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing techniques, and overall oral hygiene habits to promote long-term dental health Assist the dentist during examinations, treatments, and procedures with precision and care Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) following safety protocols to aid in accurate diagnosis Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with privacy regulations Ensure the sterilization of dental instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area at all times Experience Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) or equivalent certification required Prior experience working in a fast-paced dental practice is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, infection control standards, and radiography techniques Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with team members Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us in making a difference by helping patients achieve healthier smiles! Pay:
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
