Job Description
Corporate Counsel / Contracts Attorney Remote or Hybrid | $75-$90/Hour | Moving Quickly A growing technology company is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel / Contracts Attorney . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who can step in quickly, work independently, and provide practical legal support to a busy business team. The primary focus will be commercial contracts and day-to-day legal support , with an emphasis on SaaS and technology-related agreements. What You'll Do Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements Manage contract redlines and negotiate terms and conditions Support customer, vendor, partner, NDA, and SOW agreements Partner directly with business teams to address legal and contractual questions Help ensure contracts and business practices align with applicable legal and regulatory requirements Provide general corporate and legal support as needed What We're Looking For JD from an accredited law school Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required, Massachusetts preferred 3+ years of legal experience , ideally in-house or in a law firm supporting technology/commercial clients Strong commercial contracting experience, including drafting and negotiating agreements Experience with SaaS, technology, privacy, data, or other regulated industries is highly valued Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload Strong business judgment and communication skills The ideal candidate does not need to check every box.
