Job Description
Hilander Dental is looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our exceptional team. We are a well-established, privately owned practice that has proudly served our community for many years and has been voted Best Dental Practice in Southwest Washington for multiple consecutive years. This is a full-time, four-day-per-week position with an outstanding team that values collaboration, professionalism, and providing exceptional patient care. What You'll Do Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene services. Perform periodontal assessments and charting. Take diagnostic dental radiographs. Administer local anesthetic. Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, home care, and nutrition. Review and update medical histories. Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to deliver comprehensive patient care. Assist with sterilization and team support as needed. What We're Looking For Current Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license. Excellent communication and patient education skills. A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
