Our 1-doctor private practice and welcoming team is in need of one full-time dental hygienist to join us, 4 days per week. We are a close-knit team, friendly, efficient, positive. We work hard, rely on each other and we love what we do in our spa-feel dental home. The right RDH will be seeking a practice "teamily." A place where you are supported with everything you need to do what you love at your highest ability, continue to learn and grow, and enjoy every day you come to work with us. Our doctor has been in practice for 5 years, and started her career as an RDH; she truly understands and respects what you know and what you do, and deeply understands your need to keep growing. Providing the highest level of patient care using state-of-the-art equipment is just part of the package. Long weekends off weekly and a family-like team offer a no-stress work-life balance that helps you to feel like this office is "home." We offer our hygienist the following: A culture that sees you, the hygienist, as a clinical partner with the doctor -- treating you as the provider that you are licensed and educated to be. Although we typically practice tradition, 1-column hygiene - IF you have an interest in learning / being supported in learning how to do 2-column hygiene, you can learn it here and practice it roughly 3-4 days per month. a CE stipend annually for your continued growth Our dentist does fantastic work, and is great with patients and with team.
