We enjoy working hard and playing hard with 4 day weekends for a balanced lifestyle. Our office is open Tues., Wed., Thurs., 7:30-5pm. Benefits include 2 weeks paid vacation (6 days) and 6 Bonus days throughout the year along with the WA State earned Paid Sick Leave accrual. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical records and documenting vital signs. Perform dental cleanings. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Assist dentists during examinations, ensuring a smooth workflow in the clinic. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans in compliance with dental terminology standards. Implement aseptic techniques to maintain a safe and sterile environment for all procedures. Review and update dental records to ensure comprehensive patient care. Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and outcomes. Qualifications Valid Dental Hygienist license in Washington State. Experience in a dental clinic setting preferred. Strong knowledge of dental terminology and documentation review processes. Proficient in patient assessment techniques and vital signs monitoring. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients on oral health practices. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional patient care. Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
