Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $ $114,400 to $124,800 annualized, plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient-centered care
• Sign-on bonus: $ 10K paid out monthly over a period of 12 months

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans
