We're hiring! Martin Dental is a dental spa practice, where the patient experience is of the highest priority. We focus on high-quality preventative dental care utilizing the latest technologies and equipment to better serve our patients. We are seeking a licensed, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team part time. The ideal candidate provides excellent clinical care, patient education, and helps maintain efficient, professional operatory flow. The position being offered is for a Part-Time Dental Hygienist.

Part-time is defined as:

3-day work week (approx. 25 hours). Ideal schedule listed below however, willing to work with your availability.

Monday:

7:15 am

•5:00 pm

Tuesday:

6:45 am

•4:00 pm

Wednesday:

7:15 am

•5:00 pm Job duties: Perform a thorough prophylaxis and identify and treat the periodontal condition of the patient. This includes delivering dental hygiene services from routine prophylaxis of adult and pediatric patients to non-surgical periodontal scaling and root planing. Responsibilities include taking necessary digital radiographs, maintaining infection control and sterilization protocols, set-up and tear down of rooms, various lab duties, recording clinical findings, periodontal charting and treatment planning in patient chart notes, and patient education on oral hygiene, home care, and preventative strategies. Collaborate with the dentist and team members to ensure efficient schedule flow and a positive patient experience.

Wage :

Competitive hourly compensation (based on experience, $45

•50/hour).

Qualifications :

Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Wisconsin Current CPR certification Current Nitrous Oxide administration certification Current local anesthetic certification Dental radiography/x-ray certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with Eaglesoft software is preferred Please apply via Indeed by submitting your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your availability and relevant experience.
