We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and growth-minded Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our airway-focused dental practice. Our office takes a comprehensive approach to oral health, recognizing the important connection between oral health, airway function, sleep, breathing, and overall wellness. We are seeking a hygienist who is passionate about patient education, preventive care, and providing an exceptional patient experience. What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene services, including periodontal assessment, prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and fluoride treatments.
• Take and review dental radiographs using DEXIS digital radiography sensors.
• Provide thorough periodontal charting and communicate findings clearly with patients and the dental team.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, airway health, and the connection between oral health and overall wellness.
• Support our airway-focused approach by recognizing and documenting oral signs and risk factors that may warrant further evaluation.
• Accurately document patient care and clinical findings in Dentrix.
• Review medical and dental histories.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients through personalized education and exceptional care.
• Work collaboratively with the dentist and team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered treatment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and infection-controlled clinical environment.
• Stay current with evidence-based developments in dental hygiene, periodontal care, airway health, and sleep-related dentistry. What We're Looking For
• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Interest in airway dentistry, sleep health, myofunctional concepts, or comprehensive dentistry is highly valued.
• A willingness to learn and grow within an airway-focused practice.
• New graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong clinical fundamentals, professionalism, and a genuine desire to learn. What We Use

• 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch)

Tuesday:

7:00 AM

• 5:00 PM (paid lunch meeting-lunch provided)

Wednesday:

CLOSED Thursday:

7:00 AM

• 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Friday:

7:00 AM

• 1:00 PM (no lunch)
• last Friday of every month off

Pay:

$40.00
