Position Details The Dental Hygienist will play a vital role in delivering preventive and therapeutic oral healthcare while creating a positive experience for every patient. This is a full-time postion, in a fast-paced, supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive treatments Conduct patient assessments, take and interpret dental radiographs, and record accurate charting Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventative care Assist the dentist in identifying and diagnosing dental and periodontal conditions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe operatory in compliance with infection control standards Build rapport with patients and contribute to a welcoming, professional office environment Collaborate effectively with dentists, assistants, and front office team members to support seamless patient flow Required Qualifications Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license in good standing Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, positive attitude with a team-first mindset Ability to provide gentle, patient-centered care Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
